Description
Radu cel Frumos (Rady the Handsome), 1435-1475. Younger brother of Vlad Tepes. Among with his brother Vlad he had been a hostage at the Ottomans court to ensure the loyalty of their father Vlad II Dracul to the Turks. In time, Radu converted into Islam and became a close friend of the Sultan Mehmed II (Mehmed II Fatih, ‘the Conqueror’). Possibly Rady headed turkish light cavalry on seizure of Constantinople. After his brother Vlad had left Walachia in 1462, he took the throne by the help of Turkish troops and in consent with Wallachian nobility.
Radu cel Frumos ruled Walachia eleven years (from 1462 to 1473).
And sure he had to re-converted to the Orthodoxy to became Walachia’s ruler.

. but.. sorry i've read your conversation bellow (i know it's not polite) and i want to mention that although radu's reign was rather peaceful wallachia still had to pay a high tribute to the ottoman empire 
... and this is rather humiliating, adding the fact that the tribute grew every year leading centuries later to practically enslaving the country ... ok, i understand that vlad was not completely sane but if he had support from the hungarian king he probably would have won the war with the sultan... and history would have been different 
. Oh, and i still find radu a traitor.
